Return Policy
There is a 30-day return policy, which means returns must be requested within 30 days after receiving your item.
⚠️ Important Note:
Only Premade Channelled Charms are eligible for return.
All audio tarot/oracle readings, extended audio readings, and any customized (including Youtube Based Custom Made Channelled Charms) are nonrefundable and nonreturnable.
Eligibility for Returns
- Item must be in the same condition that it was received.
- Must be unworn or unused.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Returns must be sent to the following address:

If the return is accepted, we will discuss next steps of the return - instructions on how and where to send the package.
⚠️ Items sent back without requesting and approval of return first, will not be accepted under any circumstance.
⚠️ For returns not related to damages or errors, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and make contact immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was received. The issue will be evaluated and resolved.
- Picture proof of damages is required for returns related to damage.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Exceptions: Only Premade Channelled Charms are eligible for return.
- Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the date of receipt.
- ⚠️ Nonreturnable and Nonrefundable: All audio tarot and oracle readings, extended audio readings, and any customized Channelled Charms (including Youtube Based Custom Made Channelled Charms).
Refunds
If a return is approved after inspection, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
- Keep in mind it may take additional time for banks or credit card companies to process and post the refund.
